ORDINANCE NO. 166

AN ORDINANCE OF KENNETT TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, READOPTING, REAFFIRMING AND REENACTING THE KENNETT TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP

The Board of Supervisors of Kennett Township, after review by the Kennett Township Planning Commission and the Chester County Planning Commission, and hearings pursuant to public notice, as required by law, HEREBY ENACTS AND ORDAINS as follows:

SECTION 1.  The Kennett Township Zoning Ordinance and the Kennett Township Proposed Zoning Map, both revised June, 2006, are hereby readopted, reaffirmed and reenacted in the form and substance attached hereto and made a part hereof.

SECTION 2.  All ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.  The Kennett Township Zoning Ordinance of 1985, as amended, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4.  This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.

ENACTED AND ORDAINED the 19^th day of February, 2007.
