ORDINANCE NO. 177

AN ORDINANCE OF KENNETT TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 166, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF KENNETT TOWNSHIP BY; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP.

The Board of Supervisors of Kennett Township after review by the Kennett Township Planning Commission and the Chester County Planning Commission, and hearings pursuant to public notice, as required by law, hereby enacts and ordains that the Zoning Ordinance of Kennett Township Ordinance No. 166 be amended as follows:

Section 1.  The Zoning Map is amended as follows:

TAX PARCEL NO’s.  62-2-3, 62-2-4, 62-2-5.1, 62-2-5, 62-2-6.1, 62-2-7, 62-2-6, 62-2-8, 62-2-8.1, 62-2-9, 62-2-13E, 62-2-10, 62-2-10.2, 62-2-10.1 and 62-2-11

OWNER:  Kendal-Crosslands, Rhoads, Yanga and Friends Meeting

ADDRESS:  Meetinghouse Lane

AREA:  60.09 Acres

Current Use:  Residential

Current Zoning:  R-2 Residential District

To be rezoned as:  R-4 Residential District
