Bob Listerman stated that the cost for constructing and implementing a spray irrigation system is estimated to be $28 million and there are no current applicants to offset the cost. The subcommittee will get legal council on the proposal and request that they continue pursuing land application from the Board of Supervisors.  A meeting will be held with the other participating municipalities in September.  The subcommittee will also have discussions with DEP regarding approval for this proposal.  Bob Listerman moved that the Commission continue to pursue spray irrigation with legal advice from the Township Solicitor as to feasibility with the proposed plan layout.  Bill Hewton seconded the motion and it carried with all in favor.
