NOTICE is hereby given that the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hybrid public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kennett Township Public Meeting Room to hear the following:

ZHB 521: THE APPLICATION OF JOHN KJELSTROM, for proposed improvements to the property located at 160 Forest Drive, Kennett Square, PA 19348; being UPI No. 62-4-719, and zoned RS- Residential Suburban District.  Variance relief from Section 240-1704. C. (6)(b) of the Kennett Township Code to exceed the allowable impervious coverage at the property of 20% per the approved plan and the developed utilizing the Open Space Design Option.  Applicant proposes to improve the Property with a 599 +/- square foot pool with associated patio, coping, and equipment pad.
