You may already be aware that the Kennett Area Park Authority (KAPA) is hosting a 2nd public meeting about the Historic Water Works facilities in Anson B. Nixon Park on Tuesday, September 12th at 6:30pm.

You are cordially invited to the park to learn more about the planned improvements to these historic buildings and our efforts to serve our growing community in inclusive and meaningful ways.

The evening will include a brief review of the park's history, a summary of public comments from the first public meeting held last October, and a presentation of the proposed design, followed by Q&A.  Light refreshments will be served.
