Town Hall Meeting - Security Enhancements

Following the successful conclusion of the search for Chester County Prison escapee Danelo Cavalante, Chester County Commissioners will hold Town Hall meetings for residents to provide information on security enhancements at the Prison, explain the emergency communications process and offer emotional counseling support.
