The Public Meeting Room
Beginning July 1, 2021 we are reopening the Public Meeting Room at the Township Building for community meetings. As a reminder, official Township business - including Township Committees and Commissions - will take precedence over any other outside party who wishes to reserve our meeting space. Amy Ferris will be coordinating the calendar for that room, so please email her at email@example.com to request a reservation. Include your name and address, name of organization, desired date and time, and frequency of you meeting. Note: Meetings that occurred prior to COVID-19 will NOT be automatically rescheduled. You will have to email to set up a new reservation.
The Public Meeting Room is not currently hardwired for a hybrid option. We are working on that and once that is completed, we will resume in-person Board of Supervisor meetings while keeping the Zoom option. For now, all Board of Supervisor meetings will continue virtually.
