As you may recall, Act 15 of 2020 stated that we, "may conduct hearings, meetings, proceedings or other business through the use of an authorized telecommunications device until the expiration or termination of the COVID-19 disaster emergency." Now that the Governor's disaster emergency order has been terminated in addition to the lifting of all mask and social distance mandates, we must now return to the pre-COVID-19 status of in-person meetings.

That said, we do not want to lose our Zoom attendees! We are working hard to ensure next Wednesday's meeting will be hybrid - both in person and Zoom. Please understand that the technology of the Public Meeting Room was not designed for this level of interaction, so your grace and patience is appreciated as we work in this transitional time.

Rt 52 Paving This Week

Tuesday, July 13, through Friday, July 16, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, a lane closure is scheduled on Route 52 (Kennett Pike) between U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) and Raintree Road in Kennett and Pennsbury townships for milling and paving operations.
