Administrative Office Closed

The Kennett Township Administrative Office is CLOSED today: Wednesday, September 6th due to the ongoing search for Cavalcante. The administrative staff is working remotely if residents have questions (not pertaining to the search). We will keep the community updated on the following Township Meetings that are this week: Board of Supervisors and the Historical Commission. Thank you for your patience.

Trails & Sidewalks Committee Meeting

September's Third Thursday on State Street

The next Third Thursday on State Street will be Thursday, September 21, 2023 from, 5:30PM to 9:00PM. Third Thursdays bring the community together and support restaurants and small businesses on State Street. State Street is closed from Broad to Center Streets from 5:00PM to 10:00PM every third Thursday from May to October. To ensure an outdoor table, please make a reservation. Lawn to Meadow Workshop

Lawn to meadow conversions are gaining strong interest for their benefits in reducing storm water run-off and providing wildlife habitat for birds, butterflies and pollinators. This is a repeat of the workshop offered last fall that filled quickly, so register early.

This workshop is open to municipalities, landowners with 1/2 acre planned meadow, HOA's and landscapers to learn the how to install and maintain a meadow. Kennett Brewfest - October 7th

This year marks the 26th Annual Kennett Brewfest, being held on Saturday, October 7th—the epic celebration of community, friendship, and all things craft beer.
