Dear Community Member,

Kennett Township is reaching out for your support on behalf of the local VFW Post 5467 in Kennett Square.  The VFW does much to assist Veterans in need, and to Thank ALL Veterans for their service, but right now, they need some help from all of us!
 
As you may have noticed, new sidewalks were installed on West Baltimore Pike recently.  During this install, the VFW’s sign had to be moved.  Due to the age and condition of the old sign, it cannot be re-installed.  We are reaching out to the community to help the VFW raise approximately $6000 for new signage!  The sign is very important to the VFW as it marks it location and serves as important advertising for its fundraising events that keep the post operating!
 
We are kindly asking for donations to the VFW to get them a new sign, can you help?
