Mt. Cuba Center is a premier native plant garden located just a few miles away in Hockessin, Delaware. This former farmland was transformed by the Copeland family into lush gardens featuring both formal and naturalistic areas. Come and enjoy a picnic with family and friends (BYOB is permitted), capture the perfect photo with our fabulous garden scenery, take in the beauty of nature as you stroll the gardens, or participate in an upcoming event at Mt. General admission is Wednesday-Sunday from 10 am-4 pm. We are open until 8 pm on Thursdays through September 6th.
Twilight on the Terrace on Thursdays, August 16 and September 6 from 5 – 8 pm includes live music, food trucks, lawn games, and garden tours. Beer, wine and food available for purchase.
