The popular Third Thursdays on State Street return in 2023 for a new season of outdoor dining, extended shopping hours, live music, and family-friendly activities. Third Thursdays bring the community together and support restaurants and small businesses on State Street.

State Street is closed from Broad to Center Streets from 5pm to 10pm every Third Thursday from May through October. Please note that in the event of a weather-related cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule the street closure for the following evening (Friday).

To ensure an outdoor table, we recommend making a reservation. The following restaurants set up tables on State Street for Third Thursdays: Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen, Lily Asian Cuisine, La Verona, Portabellos, Trattoria La Tavola, and Sweet Amelia’s.

Inside the Market at Liberty Place you’ll also find: Travelers Eats and Sweets, Kaboburritos, Mary Pat’s Provisions, State Street Pizza, Liberty Place Pub, Buddy’s Burgers, and Ji-In Korean Eatery.
