NOTICE is hereby given that the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hybrid public hearing on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kennett Township Public Meetiing Room to hear the following: 

ZHB 515: THE APPLICATION OF KAOLIN RE HOLDING CORPORATION, 649 South Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348, owner of the subject parcel being UPI No. 62-3-102, also known as 107 Chandler Mill Road.  The property consists of 2.6 acres whose current use is agricultural being zoned SA – Specialized Agriculture.  The applicant seeks a Special Exception to use the property for farm worker housing, pursuant to Section 240-1101.B.1 of the Kennett Township Zoning Ordinance.
